Don’t "Diet": "My weight always fluctuates by 10 pounds. After trying Atkins and doing Nutrisystem a few times, now I’m just focused on maintaining a healthy lifestyle rather than dieting."
Eat Healthy On-The-Go: "We eat a lot of fast food when we’re traveling. But these days, almost every restaurant has an alternative to that cheeseburger. I just have to remember to order it!"
Make Use of What You Have: "When I'm touring, I have to think of workouts that don't require a gym. My favorite is running up and down the stairs at the arena, which is good cardio and great for my lower body."
Flaunt What You’ve Got: "I don't mind having a big butt—they’re back in style. But I do a lot of squats to make sure my booty's not dragging on the ground."
